So far not impressed.
Sold a painting and courier failed to pick up.
Tried communicating via phone and email to no avail.
Finally had to send the painting out my self not wanting
to lose a very good customer. This is Day 11
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Wow I just read your review and I'm in the same boat. I have had my crate sitting in my room since last wednesday and they were supposed to pick it up last friday.
It's now Monday and nothing. What is up with this. I would love to just get the information of the person who bought it and deal with them myself.
How did you get the info? Please help.
