My painting is not an open edition. How can I deselect this button?

Easy answers and directions
I needed help uploading photos and the representative was knowledgeable and friendly. She patiently walked me through the process without making me feel dumb.

Verified Reviewer$1000 fee to ship painting
- - Phone not answered and there is no explanation for a $1000 per painting fee, and customer service is described as poor and incompetent.
I accidentally purchased a painting to see if all of them were going to have a $1000 agent fee on them like the Chinese artist did. I am assuming that is due to tariffs but the other painting did not and it was like $3099 and I didn’t want it because I was just testing to see if the fee was going to be on all owners paintings and it wasn’t so they fixed it and refunded my money very quickly
No one picked up the phone and I still havent got an explanation why they have added a $1000 fee for each painting. Very very poor and inept and incompetent customer service.
Makes me question why I could have ever trusted them to begin with. They are only hurting themselves with this unprofessional nonsense.
